Board of Directors of the ICC has selected and appointed the three members of the Election Committee in its Board meeting dated May 11, 2015 to manage and overlook the Election process based on the Bylaws of the ICC.

Board of Directors of the ICC has selected and appointed the three members of the Election Committee in its Board meeting dated May 11, 2015 to manage and overlook the Election process based on the Bylaws of the ICC.
Names of the Election Committee members:
1. Ms. Pantea Jafari, Lawyer
2. Mr. Mehdi Kouhestani, expert in election procedures
3. Mr. Salman Sima, previous election experience
Board of Director of the ICC will hand over the entire election process and decision making for any issues regarding that to the above 3 member Election Committee and will follow all instructions conveyed to the BOD by the Election Committee.
Membership Renewal & Payment instruction
All members who attended the 2014 AGM will be considered members in good standing and will be able to vote. Their membership fees could be remitted either at the 2015 AGM OR via e-transfer through [email protected] by June 10 2015.

There should be clear indication of the member’s first & last name for payments remitted via e-transfer and through mail.
New Members & Payment instruction
Those who currently are not members of the ICC and would like to participate and vote in the upcoming AGM should submit their completed membership forms along with $10 membership fee prior to the May 17th, 2015. New members who submit their forms after the cut off date of May 17th will be able to attend the upcoming AGM on May 24th but will not be able to vote.

All membership fees remitted via mail shall accompany a copy of the membership application and shall be received prior to May 17th, 2015.
Early Voting
Members will be able to cast an early vote from 11:00 AM on Sunday May 24th. The quorum will be calculated based on the number of ballots issued at the time of registration on May 24th. The required number for quorum will be announced after the cut off deadline of May 17, 2015.
2015 ICC AGM Proxy Application Form
For those of you who will not be able to attend the 2015 ICC AGM but would like to vote by way of proxy ballot, we ask that you complete the attached Proxy Application Form and designate an individual to act as your proxy holder to vote on your behalf at the AGM.
In order to obtain your ballot, your proxy holder will have to have your completed proxy form along with a photocopy of your government issued ID (Driver's licence, Health Card, Passport, etc). To respect privacy rights, the photocopies of the IDs will not be retained by the ICC and will only be viewed at the time of registration for verification purposes. Please also note that each Member is entitled to act as a proxy holder on behalf of one other member only.
NOTE: The ID for each proxy could also be checked digitally on phone as long as it is legible
