Here is a final call from the ICC board secretary regarding membership deadlines:

Dear ICC Members,

If you'd like to vote in the upcoming ICC Annual General Meeting on Sunday May 28th, 2017 please note that registration deadline is tonight before midnight (May 25, 2017 by 11:59PM).

Please note that on the day of the AGM, only those whose membership have expired since the last ICC AGM will be able to renew their membership (expiration dates between May 16, 2016 to May 28, 2017). If you have any doubt, we suggest you renew using the online membership form before the deadline tonight. 

New members joining on the day of the AGM will be allowed to attend the General Meeting but will not be able to vote. Once again the deadline for new members to register is tonight before midnight. After midnight we will close the online registration till after the AGM.
