Here is a clarification notice regarding the public consultation session for the ICC by-law revisions: 

Dear ICC Members,

On Feb 23rd, 2016 an unofficial invitation was posted on couple of ICC related Facebook groups inviting members to a consultation session on Feb 28th, 2016. Please note that based on the decision of the ICC Board of Directors the consultation session about the changes to the ICC by-law will not take place on Sunday Feb 28th. The decision was made mainly because of the lack of time for providing members proper notice about this public consultation. The date and location of this consultation meeting will be posted on ICC’s official communication channels.

طبق تصمیم هیات مدیره کنگره ایرانیان کانادا جلسه مشاوره عمومی در رابطه با تغییرات اساس نامه که دعوت غیر رسمی آن در برخی از گروه های فیسبوک برای روز یکشنبه ۲۸ فبریه اعلام شده بود در این روز برگزار نخواهد شد. تاریخ و اطلاعات دقیق این جلسه مشورتی از طریق کانال های ارتباطی رسمی کنگره ایرانیان کانادا به اطلاع اعضا و علاقمندان خواهد رسید. دلیل اصلی تصمیم هیات مدیره نبود زمان کافی برای اطلاع رسانی صحیح به اعضا بود
