338 Members of Parliament and 101 Senators receive Nowruz greeting cards from the Iranian Canadian Congress.

Celebrated by nearly 500,000 Canadians, Nowruz (the Iranian/Persian new year) is an occasion for revival, reconciliation, neighbourliness, and an appreciation of diversity, friendship, and unity among people and communities - all of which are among fundamental values of Canada's multicultural society.

Every year. politicians from across Canada send their Nowruz greeting messages to Iranian Canadians and the other communities celebrating Nowruz. This year, we at the Iranian Canadian Congress (ICC) have decided to return the favour and send all 338 Members of Parliament and 101 Senators Nowruz greeting cards to wish them a great year ahead and also provide more information about the rich history and tradition of Nowruz.
