Congratulations to Ali Ehsassi and Majid Jowhari from the Iranian Canadian Congress.

The election of two Canadians of Iranian descent is a source of pride for all Iranian Canadians and once again underlines the coming of age of our relatively young community. The Iranian Canadian Congress congratulates Mr. Ali Ehsasi and Mr. Majid Jowhari on their election to the federal parliament and wishes them all the success in their terms in office. We are hoping that while they will make every effort to advance the goals and interests of their constituents, they will also be a voice for the Iranian Canadian community and their concerns. We would also like to extend our warmest congratulations to Mr. Michael Parsa and Mr. Pouyan Tabasinejad for their strong and inspiring campaigns and invite them to stay engaged with our community. The Iranian Canadian community will undoubtedly benefit from the presence of all these capable individuals in political and social spheres and will need their wisdom and experience for a long time to come.

انتخاب شایسته دو کانادایی ایرانی تبار به مجلس کانادا نشان از بالندگی جامعه ایرانی کانادایی دارد و مایه افتخار همگی‌ ماست. کنگره ایرانیان کانادا این موفقیت بزرگ را به آقایان علی احساسی و مجید جوهری تبریک می گوید و ابراز امیدواری می کند که ایشان علاوه بر پیشبرد اهداف و خواسته های اعضای حوزه انتخابیشان در پارلمان کانادا صدایی رسا برای جامعه ایرانی کانادایی و دغدغه های آنان باشند. کنگره ایرانیان کانادا همچنین به آقایان مایکل پارسا و پویان طبسی نژاد بابت کارزار انتخاباتی پر تلاش و پر ثمرشان تبریک می گوید و از ایشان دعوت می کند که با ادامه حضورشان در جامعه ایرانیان کانادا, این جامعه را از توانایی ها و تجربیات خویش بهره مند سازند. جامعه ایرانیان کانادا بدون شک نیازمند حضور پررنگ همگی این آقایان در عرصه سیاسی اجتماعی کانادا می باشد
