Now that the credibility and honesty of board members is under question, I suggest the remaining members of the board resign and pave the way for new people to establish a new governing body from the scratch. Obviously the resigned board have the right to nominate themselves. This way you start a new course while you have the support of members; the true owners of this Iranian community organization. You also regain the lost credibility of the board that was tarnished due to aggressive behaviour of some board members that have no respect for the law and consider themselves above the law.

Unfortunately, I recently came to the conclusion that ICC does not represent the Iranian community in Canada. Knowing the influence of Mr. Bijan Ahmadi on the current ICC members, I followed his opinions through Twitter for the last several months. Mr. Ahamdi’s concerns are far from the concerns of the Iranian community in Canada, sometimes biased. In short, their action divided the community rather than unite them. This is unfortunate.
