Proxy Form 2018

Here you can find the proxy form for the ICC AGM and Elections 2018:

If you have to cast your vote, but are unable to vote in person on the day of the AGM, you may authorize a proxy to appear in person and vote on your behalf. (Assign a trusted person to appear and vote on your behalf.)

In order for your proxy to vote on your behalf, you will have to provide your proxy with the following:

  • A copy of your Valid Government Issued ID; and
  • A Proxy Form dully executed by you.

Click here for the the Proxy Form.

Attention: Your Proxy must be a member of the ICC. Each member may only vote as a proxy holder for maximum of 3 (three) other ICC members*.

* Please note that the ICC bylaws and the applicable corporate laws do not put any limit for the number of proxies a person is allowed to hold. However, the ICC Elections Committee has decided to limit the number to 3 in an effort to limit the use of proxy to only necessary cases. After careful consideration and in order to avoid irregularities, the Election Committee has decided to limit the proxy eligibility to ICC Members ONLY.
