On Feb 22, 2017 an email was sent to individuals whose ICC membership have expired. Here is more info about this and an extension in the timeline:

Important note: If your membership has expired after May 15, 2016, you should renew your membership online or in person with the ICC secretary by end of March 14, 2017 for your membership to be considered continuous for the requirements of Article 5, Section 2 of the ICC by-laws. 

The initial announcement sent via email had the deadline on March 7, 2017. We are extending the deadline for a week to end of March 14, 2017 for individuals who would like their membership with the ICC to be considered continuous as per the by-law requirements in Article 5.

Annual membership fee is $10. Additional donation is optional.
