TORONTO DEMANDS: HANDS OFF IRAN!  US CONSULATE, 360 University Ave.  Sunday June 22  4 PM In the past week, the Israeli occupation launched air strikes in Iran. We see this attack for what it is: a brazen attempt to escalate violence and undermine sovereignty in the region. From the Zionist occupation’s full blockade of the West Bank and starvation and genocide in Gaza, to US claims of nuclear weapons, to Carney’s failure to condemn the aggression, we stand against this coordinated imperialist attack on our region. We condemn any involvement by Western powers in support of Israel’s war of aggression. We call for building and preserving unity in confronting Zionism. We must continue to call for sanctions and a two-way arms embargo on Israel: for the Palestinian people, for the Iranian people, and for all people across the world who continue to resist imperialist and Zionist domination.
